The ARCHIVE : Training of professional fire-fighters in České Budějovice

The area of České Budějovice town becomes a place of frequent interventions of fire-fighters, rescue service and rock rescue service during all year.

České Budějovice town is center of the Southern bohemia region with bewery industry and lies a near of nuclear electric factory TEMELIN.

Aprox. 15 - member team of fire-fighters, policemen and two medical doctors of the Rescue Service of the České Budějovice Region and two employees of Singing Rock company tested their skills and gear on Black tower in the center of České Budějovice. That tower is 70 m high totally with 46 m high platform for around view for visitors of town.

The co-operation of fire-fighters and rescue service started a few years ago, being based on the agreement of the management of the fire-fighters of the Czech Republic and the rescue service of the region.

So, all the participants tested full-body and combined harnesses, rescue triangls, Odysse from Actsafe, lanyards and steel carabiners (50kN) produced by SINGING ROCK.
